Who can buy from LA Primesource?

Stores, boutiques, market sellers and online resellers. We sell wholesale in Los Angeles only — there is no consumer checkout. Place your order on Quick Order and a sales rep confirms stock, your volume tier and the pickup window, usually within one business day.

What do you sell?

Big-brand colognes and perfumes, in amber-woody, fresh-citrus and floral scent families (100 ml EDP), plus streetwear apparel such as ALO, Sp5der, Hellstar and BAPE in sizes S–XXL, with sneakers as an add-on. Fragrance runs from about $15.50 to $22 per piece and apparel from $24.50, both at the deepest tier.

How does wholesale pricing work?

Mix-and-match volume tiers on total pieces: 1–35 at list, 36–72 at the middle tier, and 73+ at the deepest per-piece price. Perfume, cologne, apparel and sneakers all count toward the same total, so a mixed order reaches the better price faster than a single-category order of the same value.

What is the minimum order?

36 pieces combined. You do not need 36 of one item — 20 fragrances and 16 apparel pieces count as one 36-piece order and reach the tier together. That is deliberate: a boutique can test a category without committing the whole shelf to it before it knows what moves.

How do I place an order?

Open Quick Order, add items and quantities, enter your name, phone and email, and submit. You get an email immediately, and a rep confirms stock, the tier price at your final count, and your pickup window. Nothing is charged at submit.

When can I pick up?

Pickup runs 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, at the Rancho Cucamonga warehouse, CA 91739 — about an hour east of downtown Los Angeles. Orders confirmed before noon are usually ready the next business day, and your dock, address and contact name arrive by email.

Do you ship?

Yes. Orders of 1–35 pieces ship by parcel within Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire, usually two business days after confirmation. Above 35 pieces the order moves to LTL freight and is quoted per lane. Cross-border freight to México is quoted separately from the same dock.

How do you check quality?

Every batch is inspected before it reaches the shelf: packaging, nozzle, fill weight, printing and batch code against the reference set on file. The check is logged with a date and piece count, and anything that fails is separated before the order is picked, so counts you confirm online are counts that ship.

Can I order items that are out of stock?

Some styles accept pre-orders; otherwise sold-out sizes are blocked at the size selector so you only order what is on the floor. Restocks reach opted-in buyers by text first, and you can ask a rep for the next landing date before planning a buy around a specific size.

Do you offer terms for bulk orders?

Bulk wholesale runs on a 30% deposit that locks a larger allocation, with the balance due on arrival. Smaller orders are settled before pickup by cash, Zelle or bank transfer — there is no card terminal at the dock, and no credit terms for first orders.
